We want to make sure every visit to HayWillamy   is an event to remember. That’s why we’ve developed a clear store policy outlining everything you need to know about how we operate. Our store aims to create your personalized orders within 5 days for a fast dispatch time, please look out for items that are pre-order only as these will take up to 14 days to dispatch. All orders will be sent through Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept refunds on personalized goods unless the order is damaged or faulty, this is because the personalized touch means that they can not be resold or utilized by the store again.    If you have any  questions please visit our FAQ page by clicking the link below.
